- You MUST bring your Consignment Agreement and photo identification to reclaim goods and/or receive your payment.
- Any items not sold by the close of sale on Sunday must be reclaimed.
- Any items remaining after the close of the sale will become the property of the Calgary New & Used Ski Sale and will be disposed of at our discretion. All unclaimed cheques will be sent via Canada Post.
- In the event of loss, compensation will be paid to the consignor based on the full or half price as consigned.
- We are unable to provide storage for any items after the sale closes.
